Barcode Preview

Export for Shopify

Downloads a CSV you can import directly into Shopify Admin → Products → Import.

Products import as Drafts. Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets first to paste supplier image URLs into the Image Src column, then import.

Export for Quail

Auto-fill your products into the Quail vendor portal barcode page.

Steps: 1) Open vendor.quailhq.com/barcodes in your browser. 2) Click the button below to copy the auto-fill script. 3) On the Quail page, press F12 → click Console tab → paste (Ctrl+V) → press Enter.

Print Quail Barcodes on Zebra

Upload the barcode PDF from Quail to reformat it for your Zebra label printer (1" x 2.25").

Steps: 1) In Quail, go to Barcodes → Retrieve and download the PDF. 2) Upload it below. 3) Print the generated PDF on your Zebra printer.

Update Shopify Inventory

Set stock quantities in Shopify. First export inventory from Shopify, then upload it here to fill in quantities from the app.

Steps: 1) In Shopify go to Products → Inventory → Export and save the CSV. 2) Upload it below. 3) Download the updated file. 4) Import it back into Shopify via Products → Inventory → Import.

Export Barcodes (PDF-ready)

Opens the barcode print view. Use your browser's print dialog and select your Zebra printer.

AI Invoice Parsing

Connect your Anthropic API key to enable AI-powered invoice parsing. This lets the app read any invoice format from any supplier.

Get an API key at console.anthropic.com → API Keys. Claude Sonnet is used for parsing — each invoice costs roughly $0.01-0.03.

Default Pricing

These defaults are also editable in the pricing bar at the top of every page.

Updates every product's retail price using: (cost x markup) + shipping per unit

Shopify Location

Your Shopify inventory location name. Used when exporting inventory CSVs — must match exactly what's in Shopify Admin → Settings → Locations.
